MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
This case is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. The United States seeks monies from defendants Edmund S. Barnett, Sr., and Mark Rollinson pursuant to guaranty agreements they executed in favor of the Small Business Administration (“SBA”). Defendants do not dispute the validity of the agreements they signed or that they have not made payments under them.
