N. Sidney Nyhus appeals from a summary judgment 1 in favor of his former employer, Travel Management Corporation (TMC), in Nyhus’ suit for damages on account of TMC’s allegedly wrongful refusal to issue shares of its common stock claimed by Nyhus under the terms of his employment contract.
