This case involves a securities enforcement action brought against former officers and employees of Putnam Fiduciary Trust Company (“Putnam”), a subsidiary of Putnam Investments, which provides record-keeping and administrative services for mutual funds and retirement and defined contribution plans sponsored by various companies.
