This action was commenced by the plaintiffs in error, plaintiffs below, against the defendants in error, defendants below, to recover an undivided one-fourth interest in certain real estate and to cancel deeds held by the defendants thereto. At the conclusion of plaintiffs’ evidence the court sustained a demurrer thereto and rendered judgment for the defendants and the plaintiffs bring error.
