Asserting that disciplinary action was taken against him in retaliation for whistleblowing, the plaintiff State trooper David B. Fisher brought a complaint alleging, as against the present defendant State police Sergeant Bruce Lint, counts of intentional interference with advantageous relations, civil conspiracy, defamation (slander), and violations of State (G.
