SIMONETT, Justice.

We affirm, as did the court of appeals, a decision of the Minneapolis Civil Rights Commission awarding complainant punitive damages and attorney fees against a health club for discrimination on the basis of af-fectional preference, in violation of a city ordinance.

Complainant-respondent Donald E. Potter was a member of the appellant LaSalle Court Sports & Health Club.
