OPINION

SHORT, Judge.

In an action brought under Minn.Stat. § 181.75, subd. 4 (1988) (authorizing a private cause of action against an employer who requests a polygraph test), First Minnesota Savings Bank (bank) appeals from a judgment entered following a jury verdict.
