Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment in a breach of contract action. The jury returned a verdict in plaintiffs’ favor, and they assign error to the trial court’s refusal to award them attorney fees under the contract. Defendant Jacobsen cross-appeals, assigning error to the denial of her attorney fees and her motions for directed verdict and new trial. We reverse and remand on the issue of plaintiffs’ attorney fees, and affirm on the cross-appeal.
