I. INTRODUCTION
Lead plaintiffs Danske Invest Management A/S and Pension Funds of Local No. One (collectively, “Lead Plaintiffs”) bring this action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated against Longtop Financial Technologies, Ltd. (“Longtop”), several of its officers, its auditor Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. (“DTTC”), and its auditor’s parent company Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.
