Third-party plaintiff, Dealers Transit, Inc., is appealing the November 29,1978 judgment of the court of common pleas in favor of third-party defendant Holland Hitch Company against said third-party plaintiff who was a defendant in an action that arose out of an accident that occurred on October 31, 1972 between James Reed, an employee of Dealers Transit, Inc., and Dean White.
