In her “Complaint fob Maintenance, Division of Community Peopebty, and Otheb Relief,” plaintiff alleges that she and defendant were married in Paris, France, on December 27, 1918 and lived together as husband and wife until January 10, 1937, when they separated pursuant to a separation agreement executed on that date.
