Defendant appeals from an interlocutory judgment of divorce providing for support and maintenance of plaintiff until further order of the court.

Plaintiff and defendant separated. One month later they executed a “Property Settlement Agreement” providing for the division of all their property and for the support and maintenance of plaintiff and their minor child. Support and maintenance were to cease for plaintiff after 18 months but were to continue thereafter for the child.
