A dispute arose between Michel Kraike, an artist, and petitioners, who are executors of the estate of F. W. Vincent, deceased, an employment agent, over commissions claimed to be due under a written agency contract. The dispute was submitted to the Labor Commissioner for settlement, and after a hearing the petitioners were awarded the sum of $500.
