Action upon the following promissory note:
“No.-Due Sept. 1, 1916.
“September 1, 1916, after date, for value received, we jointly and severally promise to pay to the order of Bell Brothers $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars), with six per cent interest per annum from date, to be paid semiannually.
