This is an action in assumpsit to recover compensation on an alleged oral contract for personal services.
Peoples-Pittsburgh Trust Company (now Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) was owner of overdue mortgages against the Brighton Theatre, in Pittsburgh, and the Roxian Theatre, at McKees Rocks.
