This case arises upon petition by the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of an order issued by the Board pursuant to Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act. 49 Stat. 449, 453, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 151 et seq., 160.

On April 3, 1936, a labor organization known as Amalgamated Association of Street, Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employees of America, Local Division 1055 [hereinafter called the Union], filed a charge against the Union Pacific Stages, Inc.
