JOHNSON, Judge:
Consistent with his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial on 26 July and 9 December 1988 of wrongful distribution of cocaine (two specifications) and wrongful discharge of a firearm in violation of Articles 112a and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a and 934 (1982 and Supp. IV 1986) [hereinafter UCMJ].
