OPINION OF THE COURT

GRAVELLE, Judge:

In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was convicted of attempted larceny, larceny, burning a motor vehicle with intent to defraud, and false swearing, in violation of Articles 80, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, *627921, and 934 (1982). A military judge sitting as a special court-martial sentenced the appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for four months, forfeiture of $502.00 pay per month for four months and reduction to Private El. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence.
