These cases involve a review on appeal from orders of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, which granted in each case a certificate of public convenience and necessity to the Railway Express Agency, Inc., a motor transportation company, organized for and engaged in the business of receiving, transporting and delivering express matter throughout large areas of the United States, authorizing it to transport property in express service by motor vehicle on certain public highways of the state over regular routes between fixed termini and intermediate points.
