On January 24-, 1894, the Tacoma National Bank recovered a judgment against Otis Sprague, O. Yan Horne, and R. W. Derickson, in the superior court of Pierce county, for the sum of $4,730 and costs of suit. Thereafter that judgment was assigned to one Christian Anderson. On January 19, 1899, the said judgment was, on motion of said Anderson, revived by said court as against said defendant Sprague for the sum of $.6,151.40 including accrued interest and costs, with leave to issue execution thereon.
