This is an original application for a writ of prohibition. Early in 1959, the plaintiff, W. G. Platts, Inc., commenced an action for damages against one Ruthine Guess in the Superior Court for Thurston County. At the same time, the plaintiff caused writs of garnishment to issue against certain persons alleged to be indebted to the principal defendant. Trial was had before the Honorable Charles T.
