Petition by William B. Walls for a writ of mandate against Truman H. Palmer.

The material facts set forth in the petition may he stated as follows:

That, ac the March term, 1871, of the Boone Circuit Court, now within the Twentieth Circuit, the petitioner was duly admitted to practice as an attorney and counsellor at law ; that, from that time to the present, he has continued to practice as such in said court and circuit; that Truman H. Palmer is the judge of said circuit; that, on the 4th day of February, 1878, Thomas J. Terhune, in pursuance of an order previously made by the Boone Circuit…
