In December, 1916, the relator commenced an action against Vincent D. Miller, Vincent D. Miller, Incorporated, and F- K. Struve, seeking injunctive relief against defendants soliciting business from customers or clients of relator, or making use against relator of any confidential information gained while the defendants other than the corporation were connected with the relator.
