The Provident Land Corporation, a corporation, brought an action in declaratory relief against Louis Bartlett, an attorney at law, praying for a declaration of its rights and obligations with respect to a written contract whereby the defendant Bartlett was employed on a contingent fee basis to perform certain legal services for the plaintiff corporation.
