Defendants herein appeal from a judgment in plaintiff’s favor in the sum of $4,800 in an action seeking damages for breach of a contract of employment.
The first question presented for decision is, assuming that the parties entered into a contract upon the terms al leged in the complaint and found by the trial court, was such contract illegal and void as violative of the Salary Stabilization Act of 1942, in that the compensation therein provided to be paid plaintiff by the defendants was not approved by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue of the United States.
