Christopher R. Hughes (“Appellant”) appeals from his conviction of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Tracy Joseph Hayes (“Hayes”). We affirm.

On May 1, 1999, Appellant, who was one month away from his eighteenth birthday, and three of his friends were gathered at the home of Robert Ross (“Ross”). They were drinking and playing cards.
