Leroy L. Norman (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for murder in the second degree, a violation of Section 565.021, and armed criminal action, a violation of Section 571.015. 1 Appellant raises three points on appeal. First, he argues the trial court abused its discretion in overruling his request for a mistrial when testimony was given contrary to the trial court’s pretrial ruling on his motion in limine.
