Plaintiffs brought suit in circuit court alleging the dissolution of 2 partnerships known as Rinke Brothers and Rinke Motors, and seeking an accounting and'the distribution of assets. Defendants in their answer, cross bill and amended cross bill, sought like relief, together with incidental equitable remedies, and damages to which they claimed they were entitled. The issues raised by the pleadings and the proofs were largely factual and were determined by the trial court in plaintiffs’ favor.
