Bill to restrain defendant company and its incorporators from doing business under the same name as the defunct corporation of which plaintiff is receiver, and from receiving any mail addressed to the Haney School Furniture Company. The defendants, by answer, set up the dissolution of the old corporation, asserted the right to take the name because there was no existing corporation of such name, denied the power of the court to appoint a receiver, and denied the material averments in plaintiff’s bill.
