Hallmark Oil Company, a Corporation, et al., Defendants, in which action petitioners herein were the plaintiffs and the Hallmark Oil Company, a corporation, Frank D. Carroll, J. D. Bryan, Charles PI. Forward, James D. Forward, Reuben E. Harrison, Lucille J. Porter and others were defendants.
