APPEAL from an order of the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco directing the distribution of certain money among the stockholders of a corporation and directing the defendants, as trustees, to sell the property of the corporation, and from an order refusing a new trial. This case involves two appeals, one from an order made on April 3, 1914, directing the distribution of certain money among the stockholders of the Santa Cruz Island Company and directing the defendants, as trustees, to sell the real and personal property of said company at public auction, the other being an appeal from an order denying the motion of the appellants for a new trial.
