Joseph F. Harbison III appeals from an order denying his special motion under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 to strike causes of action arising from acts in furtherance of a person’s constitutional right of petition or free speech, commonly known as an anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) motion.
