This is a condemnation proceeding instituted by the Duluth Terminal Bailway Company. The Duluth-Thunder Bay Bailway Company condemned certain lands in the city of Duluth, and laid out a proposed railway line over such lands and along Arthur avenue extended, a street in the city of Duluth, connecting with the Interstate bridge.
