The plaintiff, Carolyn Reader, appeals from the judgment rendered awarding her damages in the amount of $1. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) failed to comply with General Statutes § 52-231 and Practice Book §§ 327,334 (a) and 4059, now §§ 17-5, 6-1 and 64-1, in the issuance of its judgment, (2) awarded nominal damages in the amount of $1, (3) found that the defendant was not liable under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA)1 and (4) found that the defendant did not violate the unlawful entry statutes.
