The defendants Associated Appraisal Services, Inc., and Garry R. Brooke1 appeal and the *25plaintiff, Advanced Financial Services, Inc., cross appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding the plaintiff $591,418 plus attorney’s fees and costs.
