In this action brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), Plaintiff Rachel H. Cohen (“Plaintiff’ or “Cohen”) challenges the decision of Defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”) denying her application for benefits under a disability income plan maintained by Cohen’s former employer, Defendant Blue Sky Studios (“Blue Sky”).
