1. INTRODUCTION
This case is before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff brings this suit under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12111 et seq., and the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794, 1 alleging that her employer, the University of the District of Columbia (“UDC”), committed disability discrimination by failing to accommodate her disability.
