On June 30, 1997, appellant, Delcie Ruth Fultz, was convicted in the Boone County Circuit Court of (1) conspiracy to deliver the controlled substance methamphetamine; (2) possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver methamphetamine; and (3) possession of drug paraphernalia.
