Stephanie Kay Wofford pleaded nolo contendere to first-degree murder in connection with the death of her five-year-old son Mark. She was convicted pursuant to her plea and sentenced to life imprisonment. In accordance with Ark. R. Crim. P. 24.3(b), Ms. Wofford’s plea was conditional; thus she reserved the right to appeal from the Trial Court’s denial of her motion to suppress evidence.
