¶ 1. This appeal and cross-appeal stem from consolidated civil suspension and criminal proceedings against defendant for driving under the influence (DUI). Defendant appeals the trial court’s final ruling against him in the civil suspension case, and the State appeals the court’s interlocutory ruling suppressing the Datamaster breathalyzer test results in the criminal case.
