Affirming.

This is an appeal from an order entered in the chancery branch of the Jefferson circuit court, overruling the motion of appellant, the Mortgage Union of Penn, for the appointment of a receiver to take charge of and rent out the residence property of appellees mortgaged it.

The facts are these: On December 10, 1928, the appellees, Dora King and Arthur King, executed and delivered to the McAllister Land Company, a corporation, their note for $862.55, and to secure the payment thereof they further executed and delivered to it a mortgage on their house…
