In this case, Charlotta A. Schoenleber, the debtor, filed a petition in March, 1934, under the provisions of section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.Code, § 203, 11 U. S.C.A. § 203), alleging that she was engaged in farming operations and was insolvent and uftable to meet her obligations as they matured. ,
