Reversing.

This is an appeal from tbe order of tbe circuit court, appointing a receiver for the property of appellant and directing him to take possession' of and to administer same in the event the appellant should fail to pay to the appellees the sum of $6,004.61, within thirty days after the rendering of the order, which occurred on the third day of February, 1921. The appellant having appealed from the order, for cause shown and as authorized by section 110 of the Constitution and 949 of Ky. Stats., a writ was issued out of this- court suspending…
