Appellant, Joe W. Thornton, was denied recovery by the Arkansas Workmen’s Compensation Commission and by the circuit court, and now prosecutes this appeal.

The pertinent facts, which are undisputed, are as set out below.

Thornton was an employee of the Texarkana Cotton Oil Corporation and was also a stockholder in the company. The United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company is the corporation’s insurer.
