Appellant, wlio is the administratrix of the estate of Etta M. Silence, and the guardian of the minor children of Mrs. Silence, filed a claim for compensation with the Workmen’s Compensation Commission, which was disallowed, and that order was affirmed on the appeal to the circuit court, and this appeal is from that judgment of the circuit court.
