Before the court is Plaintiffs Motion to Certify the Question of the Capital Credit’s Duration for Interlocutory Appeal and to Stay Further Proceedings in this Case (PL Mot. Cert.). Plaintiff requests that the court certify for immediate interlocutory appeal the issue of the permanence of plaintiffs capital credit, decided in this court’s Opinion and Order of December 28, 2000 (Opinion).
