Plaintiffs emergency motion for stay or injunction pending appeal, filed July 31,1997, is DENIED.
Plaintiff initially filed a complaint and a motion for preliminary injunction in this matter on March 27, 1997. Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment on April 10, 1997. After briefing by the parties and oral argument, the court granted a preliminary injunction on May 20, 1997.
