Under the National Childhood Vaccine Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l—300aa-33 (Supp. V. 1987), this matter comes before the court on the basis of the Report and Recommendation filed on November 2, 1989, by Special Master Elizabeth E. Wright.

Neither party has filed any objection to the Special Master’s findings or conclusions of law, and the time to so file has expired.

The Special Master’s Report and Recommendation, including her recommended findings and conclusions of law, is adopted by the court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-12(d)(2)…
