Plaintiff Stanford Square, LLC (hereinafter “Stanford”), brought this action, invoking the Court’s diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332, against defendant Nomura Asset Capital Corporation (now known and appearing before the Court as Capital Company of America) (hereinafter “Capital”).
