The plaintiff, a partnership known as Centerbrook, Architects and Planners (Centerbrook), appeals from the summary judgment of the trial court declaring Centerbrook’s mechanic’s lien null and void.1 Centerbrook claims that the trial court improperly invalidated its mechanic’s lien on the property involved in this case (property) because: (1) the named defendant, Laurel Nursing Services, Inc.
